With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Louis Fisher of Shelby, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Louis left this world on February 17, 2025 at the age of 90, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Harrison Fisher and Effie Wooten Fisher; his wife Anne; and his siblings, Clyde Fisher, Herman Fisher, Irene Bowers, Elizabeth Giles, Jo Ellen Lipe and Virginia Propst.
He is survived by: his daughters, Gail Hamrick (Cliff) of Boiling Springs and Sharon Fisher of Boiling Springs; his grandsons, Eli (Taylor Hamrick) and Wyatt (Ashley Hamrick); and also, Dalton, Hadleigh, Chloe and Willow.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 1:45 PM to 2:50 PM at the Poplar Springs Baptist Church (1106 Poplar Springs Church Rd, Shelby, NC 28152). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Poplar Springs Baptist Church Building Fund, 1106 Poplar Springs Church Road, Shelby, NC 28152 or to the Greater Cleveland County Baptist Association, 1175 Wyke Road, Shelby, NC 28150.
