He is survived by: his wife Florence Tollett Sims; his children, Becci Himes of Houston, TX, Shelly Youngblood (Carey) of Shelby, NC and Kelly Economou (Chad) of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Champion (Jeremy) of Shelby, NC, Kelly Barger (Shane) of Shelby, NC, James Youngblood (Emily) of Little Rock, AR and Kate Eggenberger (Brian) of Houston, TX; his great grandchildren, Hannah Champion, Lucas Champion, Kensley Greene, Colton Greene, Charlie Barger, Cove Youngblood, Luca Eggenberger, Levi Eggenberger and Liam Eggenberger; and his sisters, Gwen Dow of Smyer, TX, Mary Beth Sims of Smyer, TX and Jane Bradberry of Smyer, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
