He is survived by: his daughters, Terry Self Melton (Larry Ray) of Shelby, NC and Dee Self Kazinec (Brian) of Atlanta, GA.; his grandchildren, Mark Melton of Charlotte, NC, Todd Melton of Shelby, Chad Melton of Shelby, Jessica Ezeigbo (Ambrose) of Roanoke, VA, Daniel Conn (Raquel) of Roanoke, VA, Luke Conn of Roanoke, VA, Adam Kazinec (Brittney) of Atlanta, GA, Joel Kazinec of Atlanta, GA, Misti Francis Arter (Nathan) of Blacksheer, GA and Mathew Kazinec of Atlanta, GA; his great grandchildren, Brock, Logan, Kaleb, Kaley, Jack, Calvin Michael and Matthew; and his nephew Andy Sisk.
