It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Martin of Shelby, North Carolina, born in Moline, Illinois, who passed away on May 8, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, B. Calvin Koenig and Helen Elizabeth Lindgren Koenig; and her brother Thomas Koenig. She is survived by: her children, Debora Martin and Christian Martin (Melissa); her grandsons, Noah and Max; her son Michael Martin (Carla); and her grandchildren, Mia and Mateo.
