She was predeceased by: her parents, Odus Andrew Collins and Mary Hamrick Collins; and her siblings, Wayne, James Edward, Bobby, Buddy Collins, Reba Sisk, Brenda Pearson and Mildred Peterson.
She is survived by: her sons, Steve Thompson (Diane) of Spartanburg and Randy Thompson (Karen) of Shelby; her siblings, Billy Collins (Donna) of Mooresboro, Tommy Collins (Connie) of Kings Mountain, Betty Scott (Richard) of Shelby and Patsy Stroup of Shelby; her granddaughters, Maggie Thompson and Lacey Thompson; her great grandchildren, Paisley Thompson, Brantley Thomas, Elena Thompson and Dominic Thompson; and her pets, Mikey, Miss Kitty, Suzie and Gibby.
