He is survived by: his daughter Kelly S. Bridges (Brett K. Bridges); his grandson Matt Bridges (Anne Elliott Taylor); his son Lowell W. Sale (Anne Wray Sale); his grandson Patrick Sale; and his sister-in-law Janet Moody.
