He was predeceased by: his father Marcus Lemuel Willis; his wife Joyce Tillman Willis; and his siblings, Robert Norris Willis, Joseph Lamer Willis, Marcus Jack Willis, Cecil Maynard Willis and Hilda Sue Willis.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Willis Elliott (Bruce) and Tammy Willis Clark (Rodney); and his grandchildren, Rodney Elliott, Justin Potter, Miranda Elliott, Emily Price, Ashley Mullins, Collin Elliott and Brooke Elliott. He is also survived by twenty one great grandchildren.
