We are sad to announce that on March 19, 2023, at the age of 75, Joyce Ward of Shelby, North Carolina, born in Cleveland, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Renzo Caris Owens and Mary C Black Owens; and her brothers, Alfred Owens and Rev. Caris Owens, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Donald Ward; her children, Robbie Elliot (Miranda) and Priss Raffaldt (Richard); her brother Gene Owens; and her nephew Paul Owens. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
