He is survived by: his stepsons, Cole and Hayden Forman; his pet Lizzie; his brothers, Jeremy Mowery and Josh Mowery; his sister-in-law Lisa Green; and his aunts and uncles, Vince Mowery (Linda), Dale Mowery (Pat), Bill Norvell, Mary Crocker, Claire Way and Debbie Huffman (Mark).
A memorial service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Beaver Dam Baptist Church (123 Beaver Dam Church Rd, Shelby, NC 28152).
