He is survived by: his wife Joyce Gerulatt Condrey; his children, Lisa Condrey Sheffield (Mark), Johnny Perry Condrey, Jr. (Natalie) and Renee Condrey; his sister Diane Cloninger; his sister-in-law Joan Moore; his grandchildren, Seth Condrey, Candace Condrey Lanford, Jonathan Condrey, Zachary Sheffield, Taylor Condrey, Hunter Sheffield, Nathaniel Condrey, Hannah Condrey Cooper, Callie Sheffield, Isaac Condrey and Austin Balltzglier; and also Roger Condrey (Carol).
Memorial donations may be made in his honor to the Building Fund at Bethel Baptist Church 606 S. Dekalb St. Shelby, NC 28150.
