It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Clark of Shelby, North Carolina, born in Kings Mountain, North Carolina, who passed away on November 26, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though John may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Sr. Clark and Estelle Clark; and his sister Sherry Diane. He is survived by: his wife Phyliss Clark; his children, Jason Clark of Stanley, Seth Clark and Kelli Greene (Jordan) of Shelby; and his grandchildren, Abigail, Abram Clark and Halona Craig-Clark.
