She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Putnam and Dona Beattie Putnam; her husband Billy Wayne Costner; and her brother Paul Putnam. She is survived by: her sons, Tommy Costner of Shelby and Randy Costner (Yancey) of Gastonia; her grandchildren, Allen Costner (Dakota), Josh Costner (Alexis), Allie Costner and Even Costner; her great grandchildren, Fisher Costner and Waylon Costner; and her sister Perline Putnam Black.
