We are sad to announce that on September 6, 2023, at the age of 76, Jim Johnson (Shelby, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Johnson and Eleanor Johnson of Charlotte, NC.. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Johnson; his children, Carrie (Josh Hayden), Craig (Sarah Johnson) and Anna (Ryan Ware); his brother David Johnson (Susan) of Charlotte; and his grandchildren, Hunter Ware, Hendrick Ware, Hudson Ware, Paisley Johnson, Abigail Johnson, Knox Johnson, Mckenzie Hayden and Banks Hayden. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Poplar Springs Baptist Church Building Fund at 1106 Poplar Springs Church Road Shelby, NC 28152.
