She is survived by: her husband Jerry Kenneth Clontz; her children, Kenny Clontz (LaQuila) of Gastonia, NC and Lisa Cable (Chad) of Indian Trial, NC; her grandsons, Landon Cable and Wesley Clontz; her siblings, Carolyn Morrow (Archie) of Shelby, NC, Vickie Morrison (Steve) of Cedar Point, NC, Danny Sisk (Sharon) of Leland, NC, Marjorie Lemons, Sarah Elam, Jimmy Sisk and Ronnie Sisk; and her caregivers, Sharon, Kayla, Charlotte and Janet. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
