She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Niedgiewick and Janet Owens Wyatt (Gerald). She is survived by: her husband Donald Philbeck; her children, Carl Lee Burnett of Shelby, William Philbeck (Jamie) of Waco and Carrie Evans of Ellenboro; and her siblings, Libby Buff and Alfred Burnett of Shelby. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and three grandchildren.
