She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Owen and Mildred Sweezy Morrison; and her sisters, Jean Morrison and Delores Wagley. She is survived by: her children, Amy Minnix Goforth (Sam) and Steve Minnix (Heather); her grandchildren, Natalie Hamilton Hurley (Michael) and Benjamin Owen Hamilton; and her pet Dolly.
