He is survived by: his wife Kaye Allen Upton; his children, Angela McKee (Steve) and Kelly Upton (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Mariah Hardin (Logan), Marcus McKee, Austin McKee (Taylor Canipe), Carter Vincent (Abby Nyberg) and Spencer Upton; and his great grandchild Avery Hardin.
