We are sad to announce that on October 10, 2021, at the age of 82, James Morton of Shelby, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harry Morton and Elizabeth S. Eastwood; and his grandson Bradford Thomas Beattie. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne; his daughters, Tina McSwain (Larry) of Gaffney, SC and Tressa Ramsey (Scott) of Spartanburg, SC; his grandchildren, Brian Beattie (Angie), Brandon Beattie (Casey), Thomas Morton, Mary Catherine and Lily Grace Ramsey; his great grandchildren, Arlee, Braden Beattie and Camille Beattie; and his siblings, Donald Morton of Oak Island, NC and Stella Morgan (Ed) of Powder Springs, GA..
