Stepp and Stella Brooks Stepp. He is survived by: his wife Jean Putnam Stepp; his children, Angela Greene (Mike) of Lattimore, NC, James "Jimmy Possum" Stepp Jr. of Boiling Springs, NC and Michelle Spurling of Shelby, NC; his grandchildren, Alec Senter of Boiling Springs, NC, Corey Greene (Christina) of Lattimore, NC, Casey Greene of Apex, NC, Seth Spurling of Shelby, NC and Sara Spurling of Shelby, NC; and his siblings, Betty Wall, Dell Harris, Max Stepp, Evelyn Blanton and Beattie Rayfield. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
