He is survived by: his wife Beverly Caldwell; his daughters, Jasmine Smith (Ryan) of Shelby, Jessica Chambers (Taqualin) of Shelby, Sheka Houston (Jerry) of Chester, SC and Neeka Grafton of Mint Hill; his brother Alvin Leroy Caldwell (Clara) of Shelby; his granddaughters, Elizabeth and Isabella Houston; and his close friend Gary Raper of Shelby.
