He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Newton Morrison and Eva Ozella Kelley Morrison; his daughter Sally Ann Morrison; his son-in-law Jeff Lassiter; and his siblings, Benjamin Woodham Morrison, Annie Mary Morrison, Christine Morrison Dennis, Dewey Franklin Morrison, Nancy Morrison Hardin, Jackie Curtis Morrison, Mildred Louise McInville and Hattie Mae Morrison Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Melvin Morrison; his daughters, Brenda Morrison Buckner (Terry) and Susan Morrison Lassiter; his brother Gary Morrison (Carolyn); and his grandchildren, Dave Noland (Sara), Heather Phillips (Brandon), Lee Morrison (Lisa Cook), Amber Tickle (Sam), Anna Panek (Logan) and Emma Lassiter (Zach). He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and many loving nieces and nephews.
