He was predeceased by: his parents, Peyton Fearrington Poe and Virginia West Poe; and his brother Steven Poe. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Clark Poe; his children, Donna Poe Smith (Howard), Renee Poe Ordan (Randy) and Harold Gray Poe, Jr.; his siblings, Phillip Poe (Jean), Brenda Jones (Marion) and Jennifer Church (David); his grandchildren, Neil Pearson (Jennifer), Kelly Hawkins, Farrah Kugman (David) and Preston Poe; and his great grandchildren, Keaton Dawkins and Vera Kugman.
