He was predeceased by: his wife Connie Elaine Kline Fields; his parents, James Franklin Fields and Maybert Elizabeth Sheely Shade; his stepfather Arnold Lee Shade; and his sister Sissy James.
He is survived by: his children, Harold Lee Fields, Jr. (Melissa Storms) and Karen Elaine Miller (Brandon); his siblings, James Fields, Jr., Darlene Marken and Sharon Burkley; his grandsons, Steven Roy Hamrick and Collin Lee Hamrick; and his great grandchild Bailey Grace Hamrick.
