She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucion Victor and Sallie Ella Scruggs Blanton; her husband Clem Robert Francis; and her grandson Robert Francis. She is survived by: her children, Terry Francis (Cindy), Phyllis Clark and Jeff Francis (Anna); her sister Ethel Ledbetter; and her grandchildren, Kaye, Faye and Ashley.
