He is survived by: his wife Harriet Hamrick Williams; his daughters, Laura Carscaddon (David Carscaddon) of Shelby and Leslie Morris (Neil Morris) of Fuquay-Varina, NC; his grandchildren, Carter Nicole Smith, Kendall Carlisle Smith of Shelby and Blake Nathaniel Morris of Fuquay-Varina, NC.; and his parent Ruth Mode Williams.
