He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Herman and Grace Wilson Norville; and his siblings, Broadus, Vance Norville, Evelyn Tate, Naomi Norville, Osteen Sanders and Gail Hogan.
He is survived by: his wife Hilda; his siblings, Mavis N. Turner of Florence, SC and Gene Oscar Norville; and his close friends, Dr. Jim Bombenger, Dr. Johnson Kelly and Minka. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his memory to The Masonic Home for Children at Oxford: 600 College St. Oxford, NC 27565 or an organization of the donors choice.
