He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jenkins Grigg; his children, Lynda Webber (Scott), David Grigg and Gina Grigg; his grandchildren, Ashley Hedden (Steven), Tyler Grigg (Brittany), Cary Morrow (Tripp) and Zach Rabb (Cassidy); his great grandchildren, Rhett, Evie, Elena, Hayden and Maddox; his brothers, Carmie Grigg (Dorothy) of Shelby and Haywood Grigg (Ella) of Cherryville; and his close friends, Debbie, Maynard Bradley, Kathy and Mike Grigg. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Union Baptist Church (3800 Polkville Rd, Shelby, NC 28150).
