He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Marion Troutman Sr. and Louise Hendrick Troutman; his sister Beth Smith (Harold); and his brother-in-law Dennis Porter (Wanda). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Porter Troutman; his daughter Cindy Proctor (Todd) of Shelby, NC; his grandchildren, Abbie Proctor of Shelby, NC and Landon Proctor of Shelby, NC; his great grandchild Leo Larson; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Porter (Louise) of Shelby, NC, Dorothy Costner of Shelby, NC, Becky Bolin (Ronnie) of Shelby, NC and Mary Sanders (Al) of Shelby, NC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
