She is survived by: her sister Helen Serlick of New Jersey; her son Buddy Collins Jr. (Terri) of Snow Camp; her grandchildren, James Baldwin (Stephenie Meadows), Kelly Baldwin, Stephenie Snyder (Mike), Audrey Jaynes (Taylor) and James Fraccola (Katie); and her great grandchildren, Chase Armstrong, Hunter, AJ Fraccola, Collin, Laney Jaynes, Harper and Nora Snyder.
