With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ethel Willis of Shelby, North Carolina, who passed away on August 13, 2021 at the age of 105. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Roy Charles Willis; her daughter Sandra W. Barkley; her grandson Willis Heath Barkley; her siblings, Beryl Stone (A. Marion), Mabel M. Gay (Wilton P.), Wallace Myers (Linda) and Tom Myers (Pat); her friends, Mildred, Jack Ramsey, Ann, George Corn, Cornelia and Bob Barnette; her cousin Joy Harris; her parents-in-law, Ray Champion Ruppe, Margie, Floyd Willis, Ann and David Lee Willis; her son-in-law Fred J. Barkley; her grandson Patrick Barkley (Shiloh); her great grandchild Florence; and her mother Virginia.
