He was predeceased by: his father Robert Clyde Justice. He is survived by: his mother Mildred Faye Kinsey Justice of Shelby; his son Robby Justice; his sister Julie Justice; his nephews, Jordan Yancey and Lance Justice; and his niece Macy Yancey of Shelby.
