She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Herman Church and Jessie Pearl Bridges Church; her husband Alfred Olin Fowler; and her siblings, Allen Church, Jessie Goins, Pat Cornwell and Diane Price.
She is survived by: her daughter Janet Walker (John) of Shelby, NC; her grandchildren, Nicole Hardin (Todd) of Landrum, SC, Jonathan Walker (Rachel) of Shelby, NC, Abby Crawford, Will Crawford and Summer Walker; and her brother Mike Church of Shelby, NC. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
