He was predeceased by: his former wife Joyce Barto Weaver of Goldsboro, NC; his parents, William Weaver and Delphene Weaver of Hughesville, PA; and his sister Pat of Hughesville, PA.. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Hamrick Dalmas Weaver; his daughters, Kim Stone (Ron Stone), Kathy Cobb (Walter Cobb) and Audie Dale (Mike Dale); his stepchildren, Gina Dalmas May (Chistopher May) of Norfolk and Pierre Dalmas of Asheville; and his grandchildren, Laura Reinke of Lakeville, Minnesota, Jennifer Orth of Lakeville, Minnesota, Joe Stone of Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Connor Wilson of Greenville, NC, Nicholas Wilson of Charleston, SC, Alex Dale of Raleigh, NC and Aaron Dale of Wilmington, NC.. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
