He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Shuford Ramsaur, Sr. and Dezzie Lee Grigg Ramsaur; his wife Betty Wood Ramsaur; and his siblings, Morris Shuford, Jr., Katherine, Hubert and Bill.
He is survived by: his daughter Gwen Smart; his granddaughter Carrah Smart; his grandson-in-law Josh; and his great grandchild Jackson Thomas.
