He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Hugh Peeler and Elsie Whitener Peeler; his brother Michael Peeler; his wife Dorotha Faye Peeler; and his sons, Robert and Vance Peeler.
He is survived by: his son Todd Peeler (Paula); his grandchildren, Jonathan and Abigail Peeler; his siblings, Joe (Irene Peeler), Charlie (Starr Peeler), Phil Peeler of Shelby, Linda Hendrick of Lattimore and Tim (Sheila Peeler); and his sister-in-law Debbie Peeler.
