She was predeceased by: her parents, James Gibson and Betty Betz Gibson; and her husband Norris Canipe. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Head (Rocky) of Shelby, Tamera McFarland of Surfside, SC, Pam Lingerfelt (Jason) of Shelby and Eddie Canipe of Belwood; and her siblings, Jim Gibson (Linda) and Helen. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
