He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Conrad Mims of Stanley, NC.; his wife Judy Renita Mims; his children, Jackson (Meredith), Georgia and Parker (Claire); and his siblings, David (Dana) of Stanley, NC, Charlaine of Apex, NC and Barry (Annette) of Las Vegas, NV. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and granddaughter.
