She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Callahan and Ida Callahan. She is survived by: her son Nicky Hamrick (Mickie) of Shelby, NC; her grandchildren, Clint McMurry, Kelly Taylor (Logan), Eric McMurry and Joel Shores; her great grandchildren, Addain McMurry, Maellee McMurry, Joscelinn McMurry and Lochlain McMurry; her husband Hamrick; her daughter Debra McMurry; and her siblings, Loarn Callahan, Irene Green, Minnie Winn, Beatrice Wheellus, Betty Mauney Gantt and Barbara Thornburg. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
