With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cindy Ruppe Blanton of Shelby, North Carolina, who passed away on January 3, 2025 at the age of 45. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronnie Ruppe and Ellen Morehead. She is survived by: her husband Curtis Blanton; her son Pete Blanton of Shelby, NC; her brother Robbie Ruppe (Angie) of Shelby, NC; her close friend Adley Robertson of Shelby, NC; her nieces and nephews, Hannah Ruppe, Jessica Turner (Robbie), RJ Ruppe and Bradley Turner (Christy); and her great-niece Kayleigh Turner. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cleveland Funeral Services & Crematory (2518 W Dixon Blvd, Shelby, NC 28150). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sulphur Springs Methodist Church (1642 Sulphur Springs Rd, Shelby, NC 28152). A burial was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
