He was predeceased by: his parents, Dixon Mills Bridges, Sr. and Sylvia Rippy Bridges; and his wife Barbara Hendrick Bridges. He is survived by: his sons, Brandon Bridges of Shelby and Cameron Bridges (Kristy) of Concord; his grandson Camden; his siblings, Dixon Bridges, Jr. of Shelby and Sherry Spencer (Joel) of Yulee, FL; his niece Mandy Rau; and his stepmother Polly Dixon of Casar. He is also survived by other loving nieces and nephews.
