He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Franklin Harmon, Sr. and Annette McClure Harmon; and his wife Judy Ann Philbeck Harmon. He is survived by: his sons, Frank Harmon (Cariann Colman) of Holly Springs and Andrew Harmon (Chrystal) of Cherryville; his siblings, Donald Harmon of Raleigh and Carole Warrer of Charleston; his grandsons, Aidan Harmon, Zachary Harmon and Seth Harmon; his daughter Judith; and his grandson Ivan.
