He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Paul Weaver and Carrie McGinnis Weaver; his wife Sue Weaver; his son Phil Weaver; his granddaughter Wendy Jamison; his great grandchild Alex Jamison; and his sisters, Nellie "Dude" McCoy, Eva Clary, Mary Sue "Pete" Humphries, Gertrude Davis and Frances Whitworth.
He is survived by: his children, Ricky Weaver (Debbie) of Shelby, Terry Milam (Joel) of Rocky Point, Bill Weaver (Lisa) of Shelby and Kathy Weaver of Cherryville; his grandchildren, Danielle Whitaker (Scott), Nichole Hamrick (Andy), Sharon Payne (Jason), Elizabeth Newton (Trent), Ryan Weaver, Zachary Milam (Jessica), Ben Milam, Angel Queen (Phillip), Dusty Mode, Thomas Weaver (Chrissy) and Nicholas Weaver; his great grandchildren, Phillip Jamison, Daniel Whitaker, Hailey Hamrick, Eliza Hamrick, Anais Hamrick, Spencer Payne (Destiny), Skylar Payne, Charlie Newton, Riley Milam, Reagan Milam, Kai Queen, Jackson Queen and Xander Weaver; and his great great grandchild Ruby Payne.
