She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Cetan and Anna Magdalene Robbins Ramsey; her husbands, Jonas Bell and Ralph Haynes; her siblings, Bernice Smith, Geneva Chapman, Dot Smith, Bessie McSwain, Margie Ramsey, Coy, Carl, Daniel Paul, Coran, Jessie, Loran and Romey; her children, Diane Owens, Connie Bell, Charles Lamar Bell and Wallace Allen Bell; her grandsons, Marcus Scism and Andrew Bell; her great grandchild Levi Nolen Bell; and her great great grandchild Teddy Levi Bishop.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa B. Scism (John Wayne), Stephanie O. Jackson (Don), Tina Ogdon, Randy Bell (Donna) and Chris Bell; and her daughter-in-law Pamela Michael Bell.
