She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyrus Ledbetter and Garr Ledbetter; her husband James Franklin Long; and her siblings, Joe Ledbetter and Iva Howington.
She is survived by: her children, James "Bud" Long (Karen) of St. Simons Island, GA, Russell "Rusty" Long (Dana) of Hendersonville, Charles "Chuck" Long (Ellen) of Charlotte and Cathy Calvert (Mark) of Roswell, GA; her sister Elaine Gregory; and her grandchildren, Abby Long, Taylor Long (Megan), Katherine Long (Bobby) and Elizabeth Long Costner (Clay). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Flint Hill Baptist Church.
