He was predeceased by: his parents, John Burl and Reola Wall Kendrick. He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Panther Kendrick; his children, Karla Johnson (Andy) of Earl, Angie Clark (Chris) of Boiling Springs and Phil Kendrick (Carol) of Shelby; his grandchildren, Haley Treiber (Ross), Kendra Johnson, Kacey Phillips (C. J.), Kyle Kendrick, Jade Clark, Drew Johnson and Tanner Clark; and his great grandchild Aniston Treiber.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or The Shriners Children's Hospital.
