He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Bell and Sillier Hudgins Bell; his daughter Julie Power; and his siblings, Pauline Ernie and Junior Bell.
He is survived by: his wife Katie Wilson Bell; his son Kent Bell (Darlene) of Cherryville; his grandchildren, Jordan Boggs (Drew) of Ocean Isles, NC, Corey Power of Cherryville and Brittany Kiser (Caleb) of Hendersonville; and his great grandchildren, Emmi Jo, Wesson and Lily.
