It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bonnie Poston Putnam of Shelby, North Carolina, who passed away on March 6, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Maggie Poston and Paul Poston; her husband Billy R. Putnam; her siblings, Dolores Tate, Everett, Henry Lee, Curtis, Pink and John Hord Poston; her niece Sandra Faye Humphries; and her great-nephew Jonathan Peeler.
She is survived by: her siblings, Paul David Poston and Dorothy Faye Hutchins; her nieces and nephews, Carol Ann Peeler, Linda Poston, Jimmy Roberson (Lauren), Tom Roberson (Evelyn), David Poston (Julie), Dale Poston (Sherry), Clint Tate and Suzanne Kauffman (Brian); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Derek Humphries, Ashton Tate, Sherwood Tate, Paul Durant Poston, Megan Brandle, Anna Kauffman and Rachel Roberson; and also Nate Brandle.
