He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Hylemon and Edna Burton Hylemon; and his son Robert "Bobby" Hylemon. He is survived by: his wife Hilda Fortenberry Hylemon; his daughter Teresa Hylemon; his stepson Brian Fortenbury; and his grandchildren, Danny Love, David Hylemon, Harley Gillin, Megan Mitnaul, Jeramy Hylemon, Thomas Hylemon and Tanya Hylemon. He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
