It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Nalley of Shelby, North Carolina, who passed away on September 9, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Nalley Jr. and Nancy Nanney Nalley; his wife Sheila Collins Nalley; and his siblings, Michael Nalley, Joe Nalley, Jane Queen and Evelyn Ann Newton.

He is survived by: his children, Ashley Page (James) of Shelby, NC and Christopher Nalley of Shelby, NC; and his grandson Bentley Page of Shelby, NC..
