He is survived by: his daughter Beth; his son-in-law Tim Beam of Shelby, NC; his son Bill; his daughter-in-law Jenny Buckalew of Newnan, GA; his grandchildren, Lauren Beam Williams (Michael) of Shelby, NC, Jonathan Beam (Angela) of Richmond, KY, Jakin Buckalew, Sadie Buckalew and Josie Buckalew of Newnan, GA; and his siblings-in-law, Wayne Smith (Glenda) and Virginia Hammond (Terry) of Thomaston, GA..
